Swaminarayan temple, Bangalore

Yesterday I was riding towards Rajajinagar from Mysore road. While I was driving on the West of Chord road I saw a beautiful white temple. One has to go on the service road to go to the temple. As I went nearer I found it is Swaminarayan temple. It is part of the Swaminarayan temple (Akshardham), Gujarat. The temple has been nicely built with white marble and nicely illuminated. Volunteers man the stand for shoes and other accessories like helmet. They do not charge money in this regard.

You will have to climb a stairway to reach the main temple hall. One can get a beautiful view from the West of Chord main road. Swaminarayan temple are there all over the world.
