Sometime back, went went on a drive to Mysore road. In the late afternoon the climate was very good. Started from Palace ground around 4 pm.
Route: Palace ground – Indian express – Cubbon road – Kasturba road – Corporation – Mysore road flyover – Mysore road – Bidadi
As it was Sunday the traffic was little less. Once we went past Kengeri, it was a smooth ride and road was good. The setting Sun behind the small hills gave a very nice view. We halted at Kadu Mane restaurant for tea. Here food, snacks, sweets are available and they have large space to sit along with a small children play area. And boy one glass of tea cost Rs 13. From there rode to Bidadi ( 2km from Kadu Mane) to withdraw some cash. Then started our return journey. Reached Bangalore by 7 pm.
